Can Bacteria Infection Cause Cuts In The Labia?

For 3 months I have been having a reoccurring 1" cut between the folds of my inner & outer labia. I get it about every other week for no apparent reason. whats up? I am 47, 5' 2", and 139lbs. I have always been a very healthy person, although I do also have a reoccurring bacteria infection for the past year.
