Can Bath Salts Cause Facial Sores, Skin Picking And Rapid Weight Loss

does anyone know if bath salts cause meth-like side effects, ie facial sores, picking at skin, rapid weight loss, ect. We have a friend with a history of meth use and she is starting to show signs of relapse, but is passing her court appointed drug tests. I hate to confront her because she has been sober over a year and I do not want to discourage her. But, after reading about bath salts and learning that they are legal and offer a high like meth I am very concerned that she may have found a loop-hole in her treatment. Would appreciate any feedback. thanksm
