Can Being In Noisy Place Cause Blocked Ears With Pain?

Hi, i just want to ask about my ear problem, sometimes i have this strange i feel in my left ear like got air inside specially when i talked, it takes 1-2 hours. And i have another problem, sometimes my very pain inside, what's happening on my ear? Is it serious ear problem? Pls help, im 27 yrs old and im working in clubbing and its very noisy place 4 yrs now, is it the cause?

Hi, nothing related with noise in your club. It's mainly smoke and cold causes issue to your ear. The congestion in nostril and post Nasal region causes Eustachian final opening block so trapping of air in middle ear causes blockage of ear. since you are repeatedly exposed to work environment the duration of blockage is more. Check with your ENT Dr for deviated Nasal septum . if there is compromised Nasal air passage you may require surgery. Till the you try Ambroxol tablets twice daily , Nasal decongestant and steam inhalation. Take care.
