Can Beta Blockers And Eye Drops Cause Stuffy Nose?

I woke up one morning in September '10 with a stuffy nose and post nasal drip. In Dec I was given a 6 week course of antibiotics, nose drops & nasal spray but the stuffiness and discomfort persist. I have taken beta blockers and eye drops containing beta blocker for several years. Could I have developed a sensitivity to them?
