Can Bilateral Perineural Cysts, Cervical Spine Straightening, And Small Brain White Matter Lesions Explain My Chronic Dizziness And Neck Strain?

Hi, MRI on Brain and Neck findings below. Patient is female and 32y. Complains of chronic dizziness and neck strain. Neck: There are bilateral small perineural cysts in the C6, C7, C8 and T1 nerve roots bilaterally IMPRESSION: There is straightening of the normal curvature of the cervical spine. At the C5-6 level there is a wide based disc protrusion leading to an indentation of the anterior subarachnoid space. No other significant compressive phenomena identified in the intervertebral disc spaces. Brain: In the subcortical and periventricular white matter of the cerebral hemispheres bilaterally, there are multiple small T2/FLAIR hyperintense lesions. The findings could be attributed to foci of nonspecific gliosis, migraine related white matter changes, or less likely small vessel disease inappropriate for the age of the patient. Follow-up is recommended. No other significant abnormalities could be identified in the cerebral parenchyma, given the limitations of a routine non-enhanced MRI scan. Please help!
