Can Birth Control Medicine Have An Effect On Voice?

my name is nica..i have been taking birth control for 3 months and im wondering if it will change the pitch of my voice. i am a professional singer and im really worried, because i got the flu 5 weeks ago and my high voice hasnt returned..i saw an ent doctor and he gave me steroids...but im worried the birth control is the underlying problem???
