Can Birth Control Pill Taken Before Having Unsafe Sex Remain Effective?

After ending my period I waited about 4 days to start my birth control. I then took 6 active pills on time for 6 days...on the sixth day I had unprotected sex however he did not ejaculate inside me but i do know there is precum...is my birth control still effective after waiting? Is it likely I ll get pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern, all the contraceptive methods and pharmaceutical agents are not promising and it can not give hundred per cent promising result, although chances of conception would be very less likely but in case of amenorrhea it would be better to get done the test of ultrasonography, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
