Can Birth Control Pills Cause Cold Chills, Nausea And Body Ache?

Hi! Hope all is wonderful. This morning I started to gradually get cold chills and body aches and then suddenly became extremely nauseous. I almost threw up but had no food in my stomach. After a 5 hr nap I woke up fine with only a slight headache. Things you should know: Four days ago I started a new birth control. Any ideas on what could have been the cause?
