Can Bleeding In Stool Occur When Stomach Gets Hit?
i punched my boyfriend 2 times in his stomach while we were fighting. he is complaining weird stomach ache. he said it really hurts that he is goin to cry. then later on he pooped and there were blood on his stool. i'm so worried. i wonder what happen in his stomach or whatsoever.

Blood in his stool could be related to the trauma, but this is however a rare association. Important to know his symptoms before the traumatic incident. Post traumatic bleeding as such rarely manifests itself in stool. Check for other causes of blood in stool is my advice. Since he is in pains, seeing an ER doctor is required. Kind regards
