My grandmother 92 years old, she just had a balloon surgery in the right kidney a month ago. She has a history of irregular heart rhythm secondary to embolism in her right kidney. Now she has blockage in her brain and is unconscious BP- 140/85. A doctor is saying that we have to wait to reduce the swelling the brain before the procedure. another doctor is saying that they can do the procedure now. My question is what should be my next step that will be safe and assure longevity of my grandmothers life.
