Can Blood Clot In Brain Be Treated?

Hi, My mother is 66 yrs and is a Diabetic patient for more than 15 yrs. I have taken her to a hospital when i heard that she was unconsious last Sep. I heard that she is having a blood clot in a her brain & one in her leg. Will she be recover?. As long as i know the doctors refused to operate her as well
