Can Blood Donation And Red Spots On The Penis Lead To STD?

I noticed a red spot at the base of my penis last week and yesterday it was raw but today it began it to show sign of healing. I am a virgin and donate blood on a regular bases so I believe an STD should be out of question. So just wondering what this could possibly be.

If you have no sexual partners you need not worry of STDs .red spots may be due to any allergies irritants bites folliculitis etc .as it is subsiding do not worry.donating blood may not lead to this .good that you are donating for a noble cause.allay fears .if recurs or does not subside consult doctor for proper diagnosis.
