Can Blood From An Injured Penis Go To Blood Stream Through Vagina?

my girlfriend and I recently had sex. I guess a small rip formed at the bottom of my penis and I bled tons into her vajina before I noticed that I was bleeding. I pulled it out and noticed that there was blood everywhere. Is all the blood from my penis going to get into her blood stream somehow from the vaginal cavity? Please reply.
