Hi,the controll of your blood sugar through diet and fisical activity is what i encourage in all my patients. What you eat -- and when you eat it -- can affect your bloodsugar levels .Whether you’re trying control diabetes, the most important thing you can do is to lose a little weight.Carbohydrates have a big impact on your blood sugar levels—more so than fats and proteins,so limit refined carbohydrates .Focus on high-fiber complex carbohydrates—also known as slow-release carbs. They are digested more slowly, thus preventing your body from producing too much insulin. The Mediterranean or other heart-healthy diets, you’ll not only lower your glycemic load but also improve the quality of your diet. Eat regularly and keep a food diary.I hope my information will help you to controll of your blood sugar. If you have further questions I will be happy to help.
