Can Blows On Head Cause Seizures?

I have had blows to the head and been hit by a telephone receiver. The first blow to the head took place years ago. I have had a CT and monitoring there are no signs of injury but I continue to have seizures...they call it conversion disorder or acute reaction to stress. My question is can blows to the head cause seizures as they did not seem to start until after I had blows to the head?
