Can Body And Stomach Inflammation, Swelling After Surgery Be Reduced With Walking?

Hi, on 09/19 I had a laparotomy for endometriomas removal. During the surgery my right ovary could not be saved so it was removed as well. I did not expect to be so swollen, even after 2weeks. I have been eating pineapples and papaya since I know these fruits are good to reduce inflammation. Now, my body, my belly is not the same. Looks awful. So I wonder if I can start walking (as work out) to reduce the inflammation and my belly.
