Can Breast Cancer Be Cured By Amway Products?

My sister went through the treatment of BC, chemotherapy then operation, where they have removed one of her breast, then radio therapy sessions.And by the grace of allmighty she is feeling good and energetic but I want her immune system to be in check so I want to give her Omega-3 or something suitable to that. So my question is, Can breast cancer be cured by amway products ?

Now since she is cured. these medications wont do any harm or any much additional benefit to her.
Although she can consider taking those as they have benefit to prevent free radical injury.
