Can Breast Cancer Spread To Vaginal Area?

My sister was diagnosised with primary breast cancer 6 1/2 yrs ago and now for the past 1 1/2 it has spread to her liver. She is now having vaginal bleeding...it is light, but bright red. She feels some pressure on her uterus. She had fluid removed from her abdomend two weeks ago. Does this mean the cancer has spread to her vaginal area?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Vaginal bleed does not says that its spread. No there is no direct spread to vagina.
2.There could be some changes in the pelvic region uterus due to peritoneal seeding.
3.She has to get an ultrasound abdomen pelvis done, it could evaluate the actual condition of the pelvic organs.
4.There could be reactionary changes in the uterus and ovaries due to ascetic / malignant fluid collection.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
