Can Breast Enlargement With Milk Be Due To Pituitary Tumor?
In your opinion do you believe there s a chance I have a pituitary tumor? My symptoms include: breast milk, dry skin, head aches, fatigue, and sudden weight gain. I don t have problems with a menstrual cycle because I have had a hysterectomy. Also the breast that has milk is 3 times the size of the other one.

It could be due to conditions like duct entasis.
A pituitary tumor is unlikely.
Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. A detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause of your symptoms.
You have to get a serum prolactin, mammogram and MRI for further assessment.
