Can Breast Feeding Be Continued While The Baby Has Diarrhea?

Hi,my 2 month old baby boy.for past 2 days he is passing stool while i give him breastfeeding.doctor suggest me to stop breastfeeding and give him isomil 1 spoon in 30 ml water and bifilac sachet 2 times in a day.is there is need to stop breastfeeding?

It is advisible even during diarrhea you should continue breastfedding.
Give ORS Solution 5-100 ml after each loose stool.
