Can Breathing Motor Oil Affect Fetus?

I am 29 weeks pregnant. Today I was sitting in a parked car for about 10-15 minutes, with the door open, before I realized that the bad smell I was sensing was a bunch of motor oil on the asphalt right beside me (and on the bottom of my shoes!). Could breathing in this motor oil have harmed my baby? On the web, there are all kinds of horrible things about motor oil and pregnancy, with the consesus being to stay far away.
