Can Briefly Putting Surface Cleaner In My Mouth Without Swallowing Affect My Teeth Or Taste Buds?

Accidently i put surface cleaner in mouth but i didn t swallow immediately i split out. Rinse with water, had brush, had mouth wash, had salt water rinse as well.. but iam feeling different in mouth. Different feeling. No pain and irritation. Whether it will effect my teeth and my taste buds please suggest
