Can Broken Skin And Dryness With Ulcers Be A Result Of Diabetic Neurotherapy?

I have just recently been diagnosed with Diabetic Reurotharpy in feet. 79 years old.Have broken skin (from dryness) on side of foot. do not want to develop ulcers on foot. what to causehealing and prevent infection. What should I put on to prevent infection? NO THANKS! Can Find answer elsewhere. Could understand if you were donating some time for man kind but if you have to make nickles and dimes from this kind of practice I would not use your serves. One more doctor that probably examines (workers Comp.) patients for the state.

Dear sir

As I reviewed your query. It appears you are suffering from diabetic neuropathy. Diabetes neuropathy is accompanied by microvascular circulation impaired.
It is characterized by impaired sweat production. Which leads to break of skin.
But it is cyclic phenomenon which is followed by infection and ulcer.
Since there is impaired circulation the process of healing is also impaired.
It is ideal to prevent the ulceration by using proper footware. Optimal sugar and blood pressure control is recommended.
