Can Brown Discharge During Menstruation After Suffering A Miscarriage Be Considered Normal?

I had a miscarriage at the new year and had my first period starting 19th Feb, lasting4-5 days. After my period died down i have experienced like very very watery brown discharge...to the point where it is flowing out of me, and i cant control it just like wee?! It really does not smell very nice either, and i am feeling very sick, and have stomach pains. Any ideas?
