Can Budesonide Neb Suspension Cause Tiredness?

good day doc...my husband is taking budesonide neb suspension...i just want to know if that can cause his being tired ....he has a heart patient..he has a ICD last july...but before he is not like...does budesonide make him tired...please help me....he is 66 years old..ty god bless
