Can Bulky Uterus Cause Miscarriage?

uterus is bulky in size with normal shape. Uterus measures 12 cm x 7cm x 4.8 cm. this is what we got in ultrasonography report after yesterday s miscarriage (in 13th week 4 days but u/s shows fetus died on 9w+3d) in the morning hours. what does that mean. is everything okay
