Can Bumps In Areola With Sore Breasts Suggest Pregnancy?

i'm 17 years old and i weigh 120 pounds. i exercise regularly and take good care of myself. i have vitiligo but i don't think these two things are related. i have red/brown bumps surrounding my left areola, and one or two on the areola itself. my breasts have been sore for almost a week now. what could this be from, and could i be pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Those bumps could be Montgomery tubercles. Sometimes these can be seen physiologically during development process.
Breast engorgement and pain can be seen in premenstrual phase also apart from early pregnancy.
So, just by symptoms we can not come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy.
If you miss your expected date of periods, please go for urine pregnancy test once to find out the possibility of pregnancy.
Take care.
