Can Bumps In Neck Indicate A Swollen Lymph Node?

Hey just two days ago i was out doing construction work and was sitting thirty feet above the ground on a steel rafter when a bee flew into my ear and stung me on the the way out. it hurt very badly but healed up quick. but i've noticed a bum came up kinda on my neck under my ear the next day. lymph node swollen maybe? help!
