Can Burned Skin Result In Scars?

hi! i used a spot treatment for my acne. The next day, i noticed that my skin was burned. I went to a dermatologist and she told me to use advantan 0.1%. She also asked me to use sorbolene cream. My main concern is if the burn will cause scars. Will it fade|?

Hello,

Burns do present as scar formation, but it takes around a period of 8-10 days for final healing and scar starts after that, so beyond 2 weeks period, not early than that. Still, if you can provide me a photo picture of the area, I can guide further precisely for your concern.
