Can Burning Sensation Be Lymph Nodes On Arm?

I had a melanoma removed in February. By a plastic surgeon on mt left upper arm. I have had problems with the incision, the stitches didn t desolve on part of the incision going down towards the crease of the arm and armpit. Now I have been feeling a burn sensation and it is very sore when I touch the area. Are their lymph nodes in that area

HI
Well come to HCM
Because of the Lymph node there could be adjoining swelling and this could be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, if this symptom does not improved then this need to be investigated but this would come around, take care.
