Can Burning Sensation In Stomach With Sharp Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

I have had the merina in since Feb 27th 2010. I had my period last month and two weeks later i started spotting for about 5 days and then it quit, about a week after i quit spotting i started again and i am currently spotting. I have been really tired here lately and very moody i have woke up in the night a few times feeling sick and my belly has been bloated. My low back has also been pretty sore but that could be from work. I also have had a slight burning sensation in my stomach as well, every once in awhile i will get a sharp pain in my belly. could i be pregnant?

After Mirena insertion you are less likely to be pregnant.
