General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the burning of upper GI tract mucosa has been caused by Lysol. You should seek immediate medical help to evaluate the severity of the damage. For the moment:
- Drink plenty of plain water.
- Take antacids and omeprazole for two weeks.
- Drink cold milk.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
