Can Caesarian Section Delivery Cause Irregular Periods?

Is it normal to have irregular period after delivery with CS. My baby is 11months old and my cycle was always 28days but now it varies from 28, 27, 29 32 the longest was 38 though I was still breastfeeding. I stop breasting feeding last two weeks. And the menstral pain start a week before the period with sticthing pain in my abdomen. Is it normal? Can I conceive another baby with this kind of cycle because I want to have my second baby.
