Can Calcium And Iron Supplements Cause White Patches On Face Of An Infant?

Hi, My child would be turning one now. Two months before, he was diagnosed with flu and along with the treatment, doc suggested to take calcium and iron supplement (syrup). But since then he has developed white patches on his face which are increasing in number although he is taking supplements. Please help

I really appreciate your concern, such skin color may not be due to history of flu or medicines but this could be due to some allergic reaction, lack of having low fresh and green vegetable in diet may be the cause of this, sun allergy could be the reason, hope this information helps, take care. (Put the child on green leafy vegetable in diet)
