Can Canal Stenosis With Impingement Be Treated Non-surgically?

I have moderate central canal stenosis to 4mm minimum with impingement of the extrathecal L4 and all intrathecal roots. The right exiting L3 root in the recess is mildly impinged; not the left. Can this be fixed non-surgically as I also have moderate scoliosis at 67 years old.
