Can Cancer Cause Elevated Blood Calcium And Blood In Stool?

Hi, I m experiencing extreme fatigue and have recently learned that my blood calcium is elevated and when having a recent stool test, blood was found present. I m concerned it may be cancer. I am having my first colonoscopy soon but wonder if you could tell me probability it s cancer?

Hi;

Although fecal blood positivity along with extreme fatigue may be an indicator of malignancy; there are also other conditions consistent with these symptoms (parasitic infestations, inflammatory bowel diseases, diverticulitis). I hope your results will have benign nature.
