Mallignant tumour spreads through by means of local spread, blood borne spread and or by lymphatic spread.. If the surgery and the removal is performed before spread, then metastasis prevented. But in an more advanced form of the conditon, when metastasis has already occured before surgical removal, the chances are high and cause spread of malignancy...
