Can Cannabis Vaporization Be Taken While Having Bronchitis On A Very Low Dose?

Hey there. I have acute bronchitis for my first time ever. I am a cigarette and cannabis smoker. I have all but quit cigs and cannabis during this time (a puff here and there when I cannot stand it). The cigs are easier to leave behind bc i smoke cannabis for my extreme anxiety. The Xanax (prescribed) isnt really doing the trick. Just makes me sleepy. And I have to work. Bad timing to stop smoking cannabis as I just lost someone in my family yesterday and am ill with grief. Can I vaporize cannabis while having bronchitis on a very low dose?

Hi,

Using vaporized cannabis will no doubt be far safer than smoking it. But in my opinion, you should look for better and safer methods of treating your anxiety and low mood. Xanax can provide only short lasting relief. You should try medicines of the SSRI group (Zoloft, Paxil etc) or SNRI group (Effexor etc) or other anti-depressants for definitive management of anxiety. Cannabis is actually known to worsen anxiety and can even cause panic attacks.

Best wishes.
