Can Cataract Develop In Eyes Due To Hughes Syndrome?

Hi I am 34 years old BMI 22. I have just been to have an eye test and told I have cataracts starting to develop. I am wondering if this can happen with Hughes syndrome? The reason I ask is is that I have just read about this syndrome a a exhibition recently and I fit with some of the symptoms (dizziness, migranes, virtigo, miscarages) I remember fainting a couple of times as a child and being tired in the day as a teenaer. All these things weren't considered abnormal. When I give blood they always comment on how slow my donation is. I was wondering if I should see my GP or am I being a hyperchondriac, I feel fine normally.
