i had cataract operation inindia on 30 nov 2011 doctor use monofocal lens he didnt explain me u can see only one vision now me near vision is clear but ineed distance and near both i live in uk can doctor solve my problem i dont want to wear the glasses thanks

Mono focal iol always requires post operative correction. Before operation your refractive requirement is to be calculated and power of iol is to be given according Ly. Now post operatively you have to take the required correction.
