Can Causes The Tingle In The Hand After Blood Donation?

I donated blood on Tuesday morning and everything seemed fine. It's been several years since I've donated but if I remember correctly, nothing was unusual during the donation. There was the slight pinch and burn when the needle went in. I did not get weak at all. Afterwords though, throughout the day I experienced some rather strong pains in my arm if I bent it too much. Then by the next day the ache or pain had started to become a tingle, just in the inner arm near the donation spot. It's now Thursday night and it's definitely a tingle and it's not just when I move it. Should I be concerned over this? Will it go away?
