Can Cervical Stenosis Cause An Arm To Be Larger?

Hello, I noticed probably over a year ago that my left arm was consiberably larger than my right arm. I am right handed and my family has noticed that when cooking or doing things that would seem to be easier with one hand, I tend to just use my right arm and hand and my left arm very often is idle. I have alot of soreness and aching in the left arm as well all the way down the arm. I have cervical stenosis, and am wondering if that can make your arm larger. thanks, Connie
