Can Change In Dosage Of Revlimid Have Any Effect?

I have taking 15 mg of Revlimid for now more than 2 years to keep multiple myleoma in control. My light chains are within 80 mg with no m-spike in the blood. Is it possible to cut this medication to 10 mg. My regiment is 3 weeks on a nd a week off without any Dex. I have had some bone invovlment with compression fracture in the back and still experiencing back pain. I am 65 year old male and otherwise in good general health. Thanks.
