Can Change In Soap Cause Itchy And Red Clitoris?

Over the last two days, my clitoris has been itchy and red, and it burns a little when I pee. One thing you do need to know however is that I ran out of vaginal soap a few days back and have simply been using body wash since... could that be the problem or could it be a yeast infection?
