Can Changing Birth Control Pill Cause Mouth Ulcers?

hey, i have recently changed contraceptive pill from microgynon to marvelon, since i have started taking the new pill i have suffered every week with painful mouth ulcers could the pill be the cause of these? im not sure why my pill was changed as the one i was on originally was fine.
