Can Changing From Syndopa Plus To Syncapone 100 Causes Restless Limbs?

My mother 69 years old was on Syndopa plus for almost 3 years , last year she moved from 3 to 4 tablets per day plus 1 syndopa CR at bed time. At some times she used to get very dull and movement was difficult.
So 15 days before after consulting a new neurologist she moved from Syndopa plus to Syncapone 100.
She is feeling better but when she takes the dose there is a uncontrollable movement of limbs which were not there eralier.
Is it ok to continue or should changeover to earlier dosage of syndopa
