Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Nicorette use do not lead to oral thrush. The common causes of oral thrush are:
-Leukoplakia due to chronic smoking which is getting noticed recently.
-Oral candidiasis: which present as white plaque.

It is better to get evaluated by Dentist to rule out these possibility and start treatment accordingly. Same time complete your nicorette course and remain abstinent from smoking.

Wishing her good health and all the best.
