Can Cholesterol Blockage Lead To Stoke?

I have no pulse in the left temporal artery. I have swelling, blurred vision, and sharp pains in my head and behind my left eye. My blood work shows no arteritis. My eye exam shows no damage to optic nerve. Am I a candidate for cholesterol blockage and will it lead to stroke?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that given findings are of your own and may not be done by the physician, if you are going to examine your self then you may find something different and would misguide you, in fact this is not the "cholesterol blockage" you are under the wrong impression if you have got some clinical symptoms then explain this, or go for clinical examination, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
