Can Chronic Microvascular Ischemia Cause Vertigo, Weak Limbs And Irregular Heartbeats?

Hi, my MRI showed that I have chronic microvascular ischemia. I have been having spells of where I get severely dizzy, my limbs get weak and then I need to lay down and go to sleep. I had Rheumatic fever as a 14 year old. I am 59 now and in good health otherwise. I am 5 foot 5, 120 lbs and my blood pressure is about 90 over 60. I also have an irregular heart beat, where my heart speeds up for intervals. Is that serious?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

It could also be due to the irregularity of the heart that you get dizziness . Please get it checked by the cardiologist and rule out any valve and rhythm disorder.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
