Can Chronic Migraine Be Treated?

I have had a migraine all day. I took Maxalt around 12:30 p.m. cst, 4 mg Tizanadine around 4:00 p.m. cst. Another Maxalt around 10:30 p.m. cst and a Clonazepam 1 mg. I thought that would put me into a deep sleep and I would wake up in the a.m. headache free but all it did was make me more restless and worsened my headache, for whatever reason. I am desperate for some relief. Is it o.k. to take either a Fioricet or Midol Complete? Both have caffeine, which many times will take my pain away. But is the caffeine going to keep me awake? If I also take a 4 mg Tizanadine will that relax my muscles enough to help me get some sleep before having to rise for work tomorrow? Please help a desperate situation!!! Thanks a million!

Hello. I don't have a problem with your taking a Fioricet or a Midol here but if this particular headache is unlike any of those you've had before, you really need to see a doctor and see if an MRI of your brain is warranted. 95% of headaches are painful but not dangerous, but in this case you may have a leaking aneurysm
